Who we rely on
--------------

To provide the service we rely on third parties. These are them, with what each one does. The list is updated before adding anyone.

- Language model provider: generates the AI agent answers. It receives the conversation text and the material retrieved from the knowledge base. Each organization may use their own provider.
- Infrastructure and database provider: hosts the application and the data.
- Object storage: keeps attachments and documents.
- Payment gateway: handles subscriptions and card data.
- Certificate and network provider: issues custom domain certificates and terminates TLS.
- Transactional email: sends access links and notices. Never campaigns.
- Telegram: when the organization connects their own bot, their messages go through it.

What is not on this list
------------------------

An organization email provider for their campaigns: they contract it, with their account and their agreement. We orchestrate and measure, but the sending is theirs.
